1.- If you ordered Mateen snail cream  and did not get the desired results, we will happily refund your purchase. Simply follow the instructions below.

2.- You must request a return within thirty (30) days of your order date.

3.- Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number; the number will be sent by e-mail along with the address and will be necessary to complete the return and refund.

4.-Once you have the return ready, please write the RMA number on the package. Do not write return on package (we won`t accept packages marked “return”). Send package to the address we provided you with the RMA.

5.- Your refund will be made through Paypal. Refunds are processed the 1st and 15th of each month only. Refund will be made once we receive return in our address.
6.- The $ 6.95 usd shipping charge is non-refundable. $ 6.95 will be deducted from the total payment to cover shipping costs.
